Neal's  experience in club software selection, use and development began in 1975 from managing member based properties, resorts and golf facilities for his corporate employers and  for his own account as Principal of The Crescent Clubs, a successful group of high quality clubs in the Southeastern US. Since 1988,  Neal and his collegues had owned and used all the leading software vendors, then in DOS, and as a result developed the first MICROSOFT WINDOWS based hospitality software to provide richer content, ease of use and to better support Client Clubs "the way the Crescent Clubs wanted to be treated, EVERYDAY". Excellence in product AND support for clients are the key goals for Crescent Systems to this day.

Neal started his career in the finance industry and gained global management experience in finance, marketing, and systems architecture/operations as a senior executive of Bank of America (NC) and Executive Officer of The First National Bank of Chicago/JP Morgan Chase for over 20 years.

 Neal has over 35 years of domestic and international experience in executive/CEO positions in technology, operations and finance. Since the mid-1990s, he has focused his leadership on developing Crescent Systems into the leading provider of innovative technology and services in the club, golf , resort and municipal sectors of the hospitality industry. His focus is on Clients and development of products. He is noted for practicality, integrity and straightforward solutions.
